They recommend to check https://xray.statuspage.io/ or to open a ticket here https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211769/xray-test-management-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=support when, as is the case currently, there isn't any reported problem with Xray.

Health check -> Reinstall (This helped solving my issue)
