I need to perform a bulk between issueTypes within the same project, but when I do it, field values are lost.
The fields are in the same contexts, and also present in both screens, but when migrating it the values appear empty in the new issueType.

So, you are saying in the bulk update that you want to update the issue type field and nothing else? I did a test myself and I didn't see this issue.
