I want to Generate Test Execution Report, But I always getting error. How to Solve it?

Dear Atlassian Teams, I want to Generate Test Execution Report but I always getting error like this

"An error occurred while generating your report. Please, contact the support team."

There's no spesific information error to solve that, Please help me to found this issue and fix that.
