I want to create a Board from a Filtered View of a Current Board. I don't see a Save Filter button to save the filter to create a Board from. I need a Board for a Project team that includes specific tickets from 4 Products that are assigned specific set of EPIC names to the new Board.

AFAIK that is not a feature in Jira Cloud. You would have to create a new board with your new filter.

I concur with @Varsha Joshi 

From a board you can't save a filtered view as a new Saved Filter from which you can create a new board.

You need to build the combined filter separately in the Search Work Items screen and save it there. Then you can create a board based on that saved filter.

You could start by bringing up the base filter used by the board, then add your new criteria to it, and then save that as a new filter.
