I want to create a Java app for centralised view of users, token usages audit logs for Org Admins

[Super Organization]

A Java app which provides a centralised view for 

• Users 
• API tokens created by Users 
• Audit log tracking
• Tracking the api tokens usages 
• Few more functionalities for Admins like - Revoke tokens etc..

I found these docs here but not sure how to use them in my java app.

PS: i have created one app in Atlassian Developer Console

Hi, all of these things Atlassian provided in administrative console.
