I want to unlink subtask after a clone issue

Hi all,

I cloned a story that contains several sub-tasks

I want to 'unlink' some of the sub-tasks (but I dont want to delete them as they are maybe used by someone!

I havent find a solution to do that

can you please help?

Hello @Carolina SILVA 

Subtasks are a special type of issue in that they cannot exist without a parent. They cannot be used by anyone unless they are working on the story they are tied to. In other words, people working on the story decide what subtasks are applicable.

If you cancel a subtask in the cloned story, the subtasks in the original story are not impacted.

So if you dont want that in the clone story, just mark them canceled.
