I'm using a corporate SMTP service with our Jira Service Desk project, which is hosted on a Jira Cloud instance.
Our IT team is applying a change for security reasons on the SMTP service. As a result my Jira SD Project is not able to send notifications anymore. In order to solve this issue, they need me to provide the Jira IP address. It can be a temporary one, as they only need to make a few tests.
Is there any way to retrieve the IP address of the Jira instance, even though it is a temporary one?
Thomas
No, because it can vary. See https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/atlassian-cloud-ip-ranges-and-domains-744721662.html for the ranges of ip and names you need to allow.
