In the old issue view, Using Attachments as part of an issues or service ticket's description allowed resizing it. Now whenever there is an image attached to the description, it shows in the size of a thumbnail, floating around in the middle of text box.
Klicking on it allows to view the image properly, but it seems impossible to resize the image. Has anyone experienced the same yet and found a workaround?
Hello @Andrej Freeze _ greenique ,
There are two features and a Bug to look at for this one.
The two Feature requests we are tracking to add in the resizing options are being tracked here:
And the Bug that causes some images to get way to big when using high resolution images is being tracked here:
The Two Feature requests are currently in progress and part of this story of work on upcoming features, but please do still add a vote to the requests to track continued interest, and the BUG is currently in the short term backlog for a quick fix, and you can add yourself as a watcher if you want updated on the request to be notified on status changes.

Earl
Hello Earl,
thanks for your ansewr but I have quite the opposite Situation here. The images are always shown with a max. width of 200px, floating in the middle of the text box. I found those bugs earlier but nothing that quite fit my situation. Therefore I created a ticket, asking for further advice.
Thank you for trying to help me out with this one tho :)

Hey @Andrej Freeze _ greenique ,
Thanks for the update and this one is a bit confusing in the way the features were linked together.
The direct feature request for ability to resize images was closed out as a duplicate of and wrapped into the functionality of the "JRACLOUD-71900" request mentioned above that is noted for the "Short term backlog" on the status, meaning its getting a fast track implementation.
Even though the functionality is not exact, the details on the closed as duplicate request below line up better:

Earl
