Impact on change of plan

Webert September 9, 2024

Hello, I hope you are all well.

I am planning to migrate from the Standard plan to the Free plan, but I need to know if this could cause any impact with loss of information in the projects in production, mainly related to cards, their comments, assignments and logs or if I will only lose the features of the Standard plan (which is obviously expected).

Thank you in advance.

Hello @Webert

You might find this information helpful. It talks about the functional differences between the Free and non-Free Jira plans.

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/what-is-the-free-jira-cloud-plan/

In the Jira native functionality there should not be any loss of data, but there could be loss of data from third party apps.
