Import project error on com.pyxis.greenhopper.jira (Jira Agile)

I am using Adaptavist's Project Configurator to import a project from one instance to another but find this error:

Setting up value of "help text" to "Epic Colour field for Jira Software use only.".

This custom field relies on a plugin that is not installed. Please install the plugin "com.pyxis.greenhopper.jira" before running the import again or recalculating.

As suggested I re-installed the Jira Software on the import instance but did not manage to solve the problem.

Jira version 8.11.0.

Anyone able to help?
