Imported issues webhook

Hi everyone,

I am developing an add-on in a JIRA Software Cloud instance, and I need JIRA to notify my add-on when an issue import has been done. I've searched through this link and I found the issue_created webhook, but it only works when you create a new issue from JIRA, not by importing it.

Also I found this link where it says that you can add custom events to use in a webhook, but you can only fire this event from a custom transition post function in a workflow, and that doesn't sound useful to my case.

Am I missing something? Is there any way to notify an import event to an add-on, even with the built-in system events?
