Does the improved Atlassian billing experience include the flexible adjustment on users?
When we subscribe a package of 50 users with local supplier, using annual subscription package. Can we use monthly subscription under the same company for additional user no. 51 or 52?
In short, does Atlassian offers flexible package when the number of users is between 50 to 100? Or the only solution is to upgrade the package to 100 users?
Thank you in advance for your kind assistance.
You can choose either an annual or monthly billing cycle for your Atlassian Cloud subscription, but you cannot mix both cycles for the same product instance within a single company account.
If you purchase an annual subscription for 50 users, all users (1–50) are covered under that annual plan. If you need to add more users (e.g., user 51 or 52), you cannot add them on a monthly basis while keeping the rest on annual. All users must be on the same billing cycle for that product instance.
Thanks,

Hi @Miranda Tsai and welcome to the Community!
You have the choice between an annual or a monthly subscription.
On a monthly subscription, you pay per user and so in that case, paying for 52 users is possible - you just won't know up front how many users you will be paying for as your invoice is calculated every month based on your actual number of users.
On an annual subscription, 52 users would land you in the tier of 51-100 users. The difference is you can add as many users as you want as long as you don't exceed 100, you pay up-front (so you know how much you're paying for a full year in advance) and you get a discount worth 2 months on the equivalent monthly subscription.
Hope this helps!
