In activity log, History and Activity information displaying wrong [userkey]

In the history tab, I have a username and userkey mismatch. The userkey is actually a formal employee who has long been deactivated in JIRA. I have an active user who the userkey does not match. 

For example John Smiths userkey should be JS1

Under History Tab:

John Smith made changes -

Status	Review Impl [ 10514 ]	Review Define [ 10513 ]
Assignee	John Smith [ gfy ]

Hi,

When you create an user, the username value is also assigned as userkey for that user.

This key doesn't change when the username is changed (or if the user gets deleted).

So, if you had an user John Smith, even if you have deleted it and created another one with the same user name, the user key of the second one will be different (JIRA will generate one key based on ID from DB for the new username).
