Include custom text field entries in the Release Notes?

We have a couple of custom text fields in our Jira Issues, and we would like to include the content entered in those fields in with the Release Notes. Is this possible?

@marjie wake for the on-prem versions you can modify the velocity templates that are responsible for generating these release notes & include the required custom fields.

Or you can give Automated release notes a try.
