Incoming Mail - GMAIL

Hello 

i have created one "incoming mail server" and one "mail handlers" 

You need to know i have access to 3 projects with this "keyproject":

- TES

- TEST

- TEST2

so now i would like to create issue from email create issue in the project "TEST" so i have insert in the subject mail " [TEST] - Hello Hello"

body mail : 

this is test 

and the issue don't created you know why ?

Hi @Salim Hammar 

When you setup the Mail Handler there is an option to Test the Conn, does that show any imported mails?

Also, if possible can u share the details of your mail handler setup? If you can share some images we could help you figure out if the Folder path is configured correctly?
