Inconsistent display.

My issue shows that there is 1 branch and 2 PRs.
If I only up the branch panel, it shows 2 branches with no PRs.
If I only up the PR panel, I see 2 PRs, for the branches that the other panel says there are no PRs for.
This is not the only example of head-table-bashing frustration with Jira.
