Inquiry about version 6.4

Hell Atlassian team,

Our project considers using JIRA version 6.4.

Regarding "emailing an issue" function of 6.4, the manual says we can share the issue with the email which is not JIRA user. Because of our policy, we need to prevent users from sending the emails to any who is not JIRA user. Could we block it?

And what is average EOL(End of Life Support)? The EOL of JIRA 6.4 will be expired in 2017. When was JIRA 6.4 released?

You can prevent users from sharing issues upon disabling the Atlassian JIRA - Plugins - Share Content Component add-on, which is found under the System Add-ons, at the JIRA Administration pages.
