Hi everyone,
So I have created an insight custom field called Sap Streams & Modules and I want to Select an object attribute which in this case is "global Key users" value of a selected object and set it to another target custom field ( approvers)
This can be done in Jira Server with Set a Jira custom field with the attribute value from a selected object but i couldn't figure it out how to do it in Jira cloud ? any tips ?
thanks a lot

Hey @Baris Sehitoglu ,

On Cloud the Automation is highly linked with Insight so you could use that.

You could set a trigger on that field changed and then use the Edit issue action to set the attribute to the field.

Setting the field itself (and getting the attribute) is most likely the easiest using a smartvalue.

Can you put a screenshot if possible with the trigger ?

Sure, if you create an automation rule you can choose the following as a trigger.

So if your insight custom field is changed you can choose that field here and set the action to "edit issue" when that is changed.
