Integration with Aha and JIRA

Hi,

We have an issue TEST-806, which was a "PRODDEFECT" issue type on JIRA and then moved to a "SPIKE" issue type on JIRA as the issue is worked on.

This TEST project has a webhook to Aha and it has been working fine, however we notice on Aha that the following error message comes up:

Is there a way around this or something specific on JIRA/Aha that we would need to look at to avoid this?
