You can check on this page https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver0813/supported-platforms-1027137429.html all supported platforms, however, Azure PostgreSQL is not supported.

"Azure PostgreSQL is not supported", is that specific for server versions? Because Azure PostgreSQL is mentioned as an option in this Data Center diagram.
