We currently have Jira Software and it includes the Jira Work Management (as to my understanding). But I read somewhere that this year they'll be billed separately. Does anyone have more info about it?

My understanding: For now yes. If you purchase before the split it will always be included. After the split, you will pay separately for each.

Well, if it's a free plan, it's free. :-) So yes, both are included for the free plan.
