Is it possible to add an user to a group if task status changed to approved

I am looking the way to add an user to a group if task status is change to Approve.

Hello @ajeet_singh ,

User management is a manual task, which is related to Jira administration. 

I think Jira automation can't perform these tasks. May be REST API or Adaptive Script Runner may have some feasibility.
