Is it possible to configure the Test issue type (Zephyr) to include the Test Steps (create/edit/delete) in the Issue's history?

The ZfJ Test issue type includes editing/deleting of the stock fields in the issue's history.  Sadly modifying/creating/deleting test step data is not included in the history.  I would like that to be the case.  Can this be turned on somehow?

Currently this feature is not available with Zephyr for JIRA. Note that the request has been marked as a feature request internally and our Product Management team will review the request for consideration. We appreciate your feedback in making Zephyr for JIRA better.

Actually this functionality is on their next road map. So we have to wait till they deliver.

I'm going to guess that the Zephyr folks would need to add that capability to their plugin-in.  It's a good idea though!
