Is it possible to enforce a custom email notification sending address across all projects?

I've set up a custom domain for sending email notifications, but I cannot see an option in the Admin portal to configure & enforce this as the default across all Jira projects. Is it possible to configure this without resorting to templating a project and trusting project owners to turn it on?

Currently each project has to be updated individually.

There is a change request to allow updating multiple projects' sender email addresses at once, to which you can add your vote:
