Hello!
I'm migrating from an earlier system to Jira, and I wish to keep our toggle boxes for yes / no answers. (like 'blocks release' and 'affects production'.) As in the classic solution with a simple text followed by a box you toggle for a yes answer or leave untoggled for a no.
But I have yet found a way to add such to the issue interface.
I found a field type called check box, but it does not let me use the classic toggle box, but presents a kind of drop down list which I don't find user-friendly, as it's :
a. Not intuitive for most our users
b. Hard to use on a phone or similar device with a narrow screen
Is it possible to have toggle boxes at all in Jira?
Hi @Linda Granqvist ,
welcome to the Atlassian community!
There's an open request for that https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-67038
Please vote and watch it in order to keep you up-to-date about progresses.
Hope this helps,
Fabio
There are multiple popular "checklist" apps for Jira Cloud:

I think with these you could have a "toggle box-like" user experience...

Hi Linda,
Welcome to Atlassian community!
I'm afraid this is the "new" functionality of Jira Cloud and the view in "New Issue View" and this behavior won't change. Theoretically, there may be some Jira Addon who will change the behavior, but I don't know if one exists.
