Is it possible to have workflow/project-specific descriptions for a status?

The description of a status is shown to end-users as tooltip, when the mouse is hovered over the current status of an issue.

I have a status used by several projects / in several workflows, where one project wants a different description.

Is it possible to define somewhere a modified description for a status?

The issueType description is global and thus same across all projects. Currently, it's not possible possible to modify them. Feel free to raise a improvement ticket for the same.
