Is it possible to limit results of the "assigned to me" gadget to a specific project

Does anyone have  a good recommendation for learning how to customize  the JIRA Work Management Dashboard?

I'm a member of several "Projects".  I would like to create a dashboard with a separate column or "gadget" for each individual project , listing items "assigned to me". 

I tried using the "Assigned to Me" Gadget but find no way to filter or exclude result that do not match the "key" I want to see.

Alternative may be using "Filter Result" Gadget. You may create a filter you wish and use it in this gadget.
