Is it possible to set access permissions at the Parent (Formerly Epic) Level?

I am needing to know if viewability permissions end at the project level. We have a large group of users on one board and there are some tasks and parents that need to be locked down from the view of the group as a whole.

Is this possible. I am not seeing anything out there right now that says it is possible but I thought I'd ask the group just in case.

Thank you.

Yes, that is possible and you can do that with issue security. Have a look at this KB on how to do it. Basically what you do is creating a security scheme that you configure to who should have access, and then you add the security level field to your issue layout so that you can then set the security on the issues you want to lock down.
