We would like to make changes to the on line help documentation if possible.
For instance, we would like to be able to edit https://<our instance>.atlassian.net/secure/ShowConstantsHelp.jspa?decorator=popup#ResolutionTypes
to make it more specific for our organization.
Does anyone know of a way to do this? Please advise. TIA!

Some of the information can be changed indirectly.
For example, each Issue Type has a description.
If you change the Description for that issue type in the Work Types configuration then it will be updated in the pop-up.
You can change the descriptions associated with Priority Levels, Statuses, Resolutions, and Issue Types in their respective configuration pages. I would expect those changes to be reflected in this pop-up.

I was hoping we can edit the page directly. For our use case, we are looking at applying workflow properties to limit the Resolutions available (as a going-forward clean up measure; removing the resolutions from JIRA at a later date).
The description edits I made did propagate downward to the documentation, so that is something :)
