Is there a dashboard gadget to show a defined list of filters?

There is a 'Favourite Filters' gadget which shows 'favourite' filters specific to each user who accesses a dashboard. Two users accessing the same dashboard will see different content for this gadget based on their own particular favourite filters.

Does anyone know of a gadget, or a way, that a defined list of filters can be set so that any user accessing the dashboard sees the same list of filters. A list which has in effect been hard coded in the gadget itself.

The nearest gadget would be the Text Gadget (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Adding+the+Text+Gadget). Of course, the text is per gadget. You may need to end up writing your own gadget with the hardcoded filters or pulling from a configuration file.
