Is there a log showing deleted Issues, who did it and when?

Lost and Issue and would like to ahem, reprimand the offending admin

No, it doesn't log anything.

You could try plogging through your access logs, but that's a bit hit-and-miss. Best you can do is look at who had permission to do the delete!

I think logging is improving in 6.2, but I've not really looked at it in anger yet.
