I would like to know if this is possible.
If all the child tickets in an epic is all done or cancelled, notify specific users using automation rule.
I was thinking about this progress bar
So like if this is 100%, trigger the email function in the automation rule.
I would like to know your thoughts about it.
My manager would like to be notified that if a certain epic is done, he is notified by the rule.

We could use the logic that when that progress bar is 100% it means all child work items are done, so we could use this as a trigger.
The example automation below is set to trigger whenever a work item is completed. It then checks the parent item/epic, and if all of its child work items are marked as complete, an email notification will be sent.
