Is there a way to configure which fields get replicated when a issue is split?

The default split action does not replicate the links on the originating task. For our environment it is appropriate that the "is blocked by" and "blocks" link should be replicated. Asking users to perform this action after split is extra clicks that reduce their efficiency at best and undermines the analysis capabilities of the toolset if they skip this process.

 

If this is not possible, where does a user submit an enhancement request?
