Is there a way to create a ticket in jira via confluence calendar using the listner

I am trying to create a automation if someone will fill the details in confluence calendar event so automatically the jira ticket will create.

If someone fill this details so automatically the jira ticket will create

I see you are a Data Center user. Automation for Confluence is not available for DC.

I don't think you can use calendar in Confluence to automate such action.

May be you need to look for an App on the Marketplace.
