Is there a way to enter a hint text for the Description field in JIRA product discovery?

Hi, the Description field is shown on the Create New Idea field but there is no hint text, i.e., an "i" icon appear next to the field.  Is there anyway to enter a hint text for the Description field in JIRA Product Discovery Tool?  I went to the All Fields screen and the Description field isn't listed.  All other fields are listed and the hint text can be configured via the Setting option except the Description field.  Is there a reason why?  Thanks.
