Is there a way to know which site-admin did add someone to a group?

Sebastien Ribiere June 13, 2016

When looking at Audit log, if a site-admin did an admin action (such as add someone to a group), the author is "JIRA". Is there a way to know for sure which site-admin did the action?

site-admin is a user account (and in this case, it belongs to Atlassian). And JIRA only logs user accounts. There is no way to figure out who actually did it because this is a shared account.

You might want to raise a ticket with Atlassian if you have a query on one of those changes.
