Is there a way to restrict user to perform Bulk Move operation based on ISSUE TYPE?

Hello Everyone,

I would like to know if we can add some validations (Add an error message) on BULK MOVE operations?

As observed in bulk operations even JIRA doesn't have same validation as on Single Issue move operation.  

ex:

• On issue-view screen 

1. Click on move issue
2. DON'T change a thing and click next
3. Error pops out

"You must select a different project or issue type to complete a move operation."

 On Bulk move screen

1. Click on move issue
2. DON'T change a thing and click next
3. JIRA executes the operation with respective screens and actually proceed without an ERROR

So, at last just to ask it we can add some validations to BULK operations from custom plugin (without tweaking actual JIRA code or JSPs).
