Hi,
I have a user that is experiencing problems seeing what issues are linked to his epics.
When I look at the Epic I can see all linked issues.
Both me and the user have similar permissions and are able to browse project. I'm able to see the linked issues and click the links.
Please look at attached screenshot.
Hi guys, thanks for all the help.
When the user tried a different computer it seemed to be working just fine. Before that i did an impersonation with ScriptRunner and could see that there was nothing wrong with the permissions.
So the issue has been resolved, thank you for your time.
Hi Alexander,
Are the children of the Epic in the same Project?
Is there any Issue Level Security on the project?

Hi John,
In this case, the linked issues are epics from the same project, and the child issues on this epics belong to a different project. But i've been using the permission helper and looked though the permission scheme and he has permissions on both projects.
No, there are no issue level security.

Hm, good question. Could that be the case?
Edit: Sorry, we are a few versions back and don't have the new issue view.
