Issue generation screen is not visible.

Press create to get "java.lang.NullPointerException".
Value is null.
This only appears to jira admin.
Also, when you create a project, the Issue type, screen, and workflow settings screen do not appear on the summary screen.
We have a serious problem.
Please confirm quickly.

I think your best bet is to contact support via support.atlassian.com

They should be able to look at your specific cloud instance and help you work out what is happening and why.
