Hello,
We are currently having toubles with accessing the site admin as we don't know the email used in opening the atlassian account.
When we try to escalate, you tell us to report to the site admin.
We don't mind to get the mail address that was used to open the atlassian account, so that we can take further instructions from there
I took a look at your site and I can see your site-admin has the same email domain as your account does here in Community. While I can't disclose the full name of that person here in Community, the name fits the pattern of Ma**** Yu***
If this is insufficient to determine who the user is, I'd recommend going to https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing?redirectSource=sac-wac-redirect#/?inquiry_category=your_account
This form should still allow even free end users to create a ticket with our Customer Advocate team that should be better able to disclose more information here to you. So far I have not found any existing support cases created under your account yet.
Yes, I was on a call today with Mariam and she is the Jira admin, she is also blocked as she also doesn't have access to the Atlassian admin.
She is to hand over administrative rights to me but she is also told to contact Atlassian admin to do this, which is where the bottleneck likes.

Hi @Temitayo Ajayi , did your org admin leave the company? If so you can reach out to Atlassian support for assistance - https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
if you can access the user management section (click on the cog/sprocket in upper right and see if User management is there for you) then you can search for users that have admin role.

Hello @Jack Brickey
Yes. I've tried reaching out to support for assistance but to no avail. They keep referring me to the community for support

Even with Jira admin rights, i'm still stuck but I can't still access the teams list to know the email that was associated.

Ah, you are on free instance. John has flagged the post so hopefully someone can provide assistance.

Yes, we are currently on the free instance as I just started using it for the team. We have already maxed out the free instance and can't go further if we can't access admin features
