Issue on the Workflow

When the sprint is closed and start new sprint, all the completed issues transfer to new sprint somehow. Even the issues are on the 'Done status', Jira doesn't consider it as the 'completed issues' when I complete the Sprint.

If I combine all the 'Done status" in one, the completed issues don't transfer to new sprint when I close and start to a new sprint, which is correct.

I didn't have this issue last year, but sprint or workflow is not going well this year even I didn't change any.

Can anyone please help?

Hi @Jason_홍석현_  Welcome to Atlassian Community!

When you complete the Sprint, Jira ask to move incomplete issues( issues which are not in right most column, in the Sprint issues which are in right most column considered as Done issues and they won't move to Future sprint or Backlog )  to Future sprint or Backlog. 

Workflow is fine, you check status mapping in board, Done status  should be mapped with right most column.

Yes, Sprint only consider completed issues which are in right most column, issues which are not in right most column will not be considered as completed issues and move those issues to new sprint or future sprint.

I read the links you attached, then it seems like 'Done status" can be only one, right?

Since I have two "done status', Doesn't Jira consider the tickets as the completed issue?

@Jason_홍석현_  Thanks for the Screenshot. Scrum Board only considered Deploy issues as Complete issues, moved Done issues/Done Column issues to Future sprint. 
If no further action required after Done, then Map Done status with Deploy column as well.

You can also try to create a test scrum board and test how Sprint board column mapping works.
