Issue when trying to use slash command /jira create in slack

When using the /jira create slash command in slack it displays the pop up with project and issue type but when select the project, it displays the following message "We can't fully display this message". I am attaching screenshots to this message for clarity. I also noticed this on other slash commands with more than one option that needs to be selected- when select the first one, it displays this message instead of leaving the popup open for me to select the second one.

Welcome. Hard to tell what is the root cause based on the message alone. Usually, a common cause is the permission set. Do you have permission to the project and the ability to browse and create issues in the project?
