Hi,
On our Jira Cloud installation when using the Confluence macro named “Jira Issues” and having a JQL definition, that extracts Jira issues, and then configuring the columns based on the JQL, the following is observed:
When choosing the column “Epic name”, then the column is added to the extract, but the column shows only blank information, does NOT show the name of the epic.
Do you have any idea on how to solve this?
Epic name is being deprecated. The field has been consolidated into the summary of Epic issues, as it was considered to be redundant information. While I am not sure if this is why it is no longer pulling data from Jira anymore, it is best not to use the field anymore.
Just a long shot (and maybe not relevant) - I hope you are trying to display the field for Epics and not other issue types associated with an Epic? In that scenario it is definitely normal that Epic name does not display any information, as it is / never was a field on child issues of an epic.
Hope this helps!
