Issues not displaying on the board correctly in 8.5 jira version

Hi All,

I have 2 queries below. Could someone pls pick it out for me.

1) We have a project called TEST  for which stories are not getting in the Jira board.

Could someone pls help to get this resolved to have the correct data reflected on Jira board?

2) Though user is Project admin unable to drag and drop the issue to other columns from the board. pls let might be the issue causing here. And board is shared with 3 Projects and i have checked there are no conditions on the workflow as well. Kindly help on the same.

What is the board filter?  Is it just "project = TEST"?  If not, then what is it?

If someone can't move issues between status, then they do not have the permission to use the transition the drag-and-drop represents, or it has a condition stopping them, or there is no transition.  As you say it's the project admin and you have checked conditions, I would guess that there is a transition and others can use it, so check the permissions and roles.
