I have created a workflow which includes a status "DONE". When I try to close a sprint where all the tickets are done, the tool states there are 0 completed issues. Howerver, in that sprint, it marks them all as completed.
I am attaching a screen of the issue alongside the workflow.
Any ideas what can be happening with this? Id expect all the issues to be under completed issues.
Welcome to the community!
On a scrum board, issues are considered completed if they are in the rightmost column of the board. Also, please ensure the resolution is set in all the Done issues.
Hope this helps!
Best regards
Sam

@Yago Uzquiano Do you have a screenshot of your Scrum board?
As @Samuel Gatica _ServiceRocket_ stated, for you to get credit in Jira for a completed sprint, you need move the issues to the farthest right column. I'm assuming that the issues are indeed "resolved" since I see them crossed out in your screenshot.

Welcome to community :)
From your issue description, I understand that when a sprint is completed all issues that are in done status don't show as done and completed issues is 0.
Additionally, we have made suggestions to our Product team to have this changed in future versions and consider the actual status of an issue. To track the feature request, I would suggest you vote for this issue below.

Thank you,
Prachi
