JIRA 6.1.7 - Downgrade Agile plugin from 6.6.0 to 6.3.12 stop working

Hi,

I have a JIRA in 6.1.7 and Agile plugin with 6.3.12 that I wrongly updated to 6.6.0. Then I have uninstalled and uploaded the version 6.3.12 again. But know when I click on the Agile icon just reload again to the Jir amain page.

I really need your help. How can I solve this?

How can I remove all evidences from Agile? Because when I install again teh license appears already set. How to clean this?

just wanted to state the essential for the downgrade: "The only version that can be rolled back to is 6.3.13.1.", as per the link Luciano provided
