JIRA 7.0, 'Release' menu missing from project

Hi! Happy Monday!

Our cloud instance was upgraded to release 7.0 and subsequently 'Releases' has disappeared from the Project page for every project. I looked on the Adminstration settings tab for enabling this menu and could not find anything.

Please advise?
