JIRA Cloud new editor - where can I restrict visibility now?

With the new editor I can't seem to find the lock symbol to restrict the comment's visibility to certain project roles. Where have they hidden it now?

Restricted comments are not yet available for the new issue view, however we are working on this feature and tracking the progress at the following feature request:

Please add a vote to track interest for prioritization efforts and you can also add yourself as a watcher if you would like to receive updates on the status of the request.  If you need restricted comments in your organization it would be recommended to use classic projects and switch off the "New Jira issue view" option under your user profile until the feature is added.
