JIRA On Demand Issue Collector - Name and Email as required?

Is it possible to make Name and Email required on the issue collector in a JIRA On Demand instance? I can create custom fields that are required, however, I can not remove the default name and email fields. Additionally I can not make the existing fields required. I have no access to the code to make changes since we have an On Demand instance. Any help would be appreciated.

Heath, the issue collector only allows customisations for the default values of fields and triggers relating to the issue collector form.

The ability to make the name or email field required is not currently available. An improvement request, JRA-32776, is active for the inclusion of the feature. Please vote and watch the improvement for future updates.
