I am getting Page Unresponsive error while accessing JIRA Software for 3 of my 17 users setup. This is an on-premise setup of JIRA Software. Kindly help how I can debug the issue. They are accessing Chrome browser only like rest of them
Thanks will check it up. But same login, while accessing from my machine, it is working fine, only on their machine it is giving problem. Need to check

Did you try different browsers? Please check the browser compatibility too, refer the below link for compatible browser versions
